Boulder is required to follow rules and regulations governed by the state of New Jersey for the following: spill bucket testing, containment testing, documentation, drop tubes (71SO & 61SO), ATG and leak detection functionality testing, 30 day and annual walkthrough inspection, line tightness testing, interstitial monitoring, pressure decay testing, post decommissioning, 14 day letter, and Phase 1 EVR monthly and annual testing.

Boulder Petroleum can provide monthly inspections, along with annual testing. We are distributors/installers for canary compliance automatic remote tank monitoring systems. Most importantly, we have the rights to a patented water tight sump system under the National Standard for sump repairs.
